Chaos Control has been updated to version 2.16 on all platforms. You can download the new versionfrom our website.
Before we cover the changes, there are two important announcements:
The previously announced transition to monthly CC Token renewals has been postponed until July 24 due to the development team’s high workload. This means that if you have not yet purchased PRO under the old terms, which provide four times as many tokens, you still have Today and Tomorrow to do so. If you have a Premium license or would like to upgrade to PRO 1000, email us at support@chaos-control.app, and we will send you a discount promo code.
Team Workspace Chats will leave free access when version 2.17 is released, which will be the next update. Until July 27 inclusive, you can still purchase alifetime Team license. Starting July 28, only subscription options will remain. If you have a PRO license, contact us to receive an additional discount on a Team Workspace license.
Now, let’s take a look at what is new in version 2.16.
Channels in Team Workspace Chats
Workspace administrators can now create private channels in the Chats section:
Channels allow you to:
Create separate conversation threads dedicated to specific areas of work
Add selected workspace members to a conversation
To create a new channel, a workspace administrator simply needs to click Create Channel, enter its name, choose an icon, and select which workspace members should have access:
Please note that all members must update to version 2.16 to access channels. Version 2.17 will introduce similar functionality for Categories.
Other Improvements
