File Storage
A Team Workspace doesn't just let you create tasks for its members — it also lets you keep all the files you need for work in one place, from documents to audio and video:
You can attach files to tasks while creating them (they'll be automatically added to storage), or simply upload the materials you need and create links to them for use in the built‑in business messenger:
You'll also be able to control folder visibility, ensuring certain files are accessible only to specific members:
