We’ve updated Chaos Control to version 2.14. Here are some of the latest additions.
“Download All” button in Files
You can now download all files from a specific folder in the file storage with a single click. For example, when you log into your account, there’s no longer a need to download each file manually:
Improved audio language detection
We’ve improved the automatic language detection for audio file transcriptions. Now, even if there is silence at the beginning of the recording and the audio quality isn’t great, the language should be detected correctly. For especially difficult cases, we’ve also added an option to manually change the language:

For iOS, we’ve added two quick-access features that can be found in the standard Shortcuts app:
Quick creation of an audio note
Quick task creation by voice
The idea behind this addition is that on iPhone you can configure a specific command to launch by pressing the hardware button on the side of the device. This way, you can set up instant note or task creation with a single press of that button. To do this, follow these steps:
Open Settings
Find Action Button
In the menu that appears, select Shortcut
Choose the desired Chaos Control shortcut
After that, the hardware button will launch Chaos Control and open the recording dialog.
Updated user profile
You can now add your name, avatar, bio, and a website link in the account settings:
