Workspace Mobility

We continue to explore how team collaboration works in Chaos Control. You can read more about Workspaces and their capabilities here.
When talking with leaders of various companies, we often heard something like this:
"Our employees are constantly on the move and rarely use computers. The mobile version of the project management solution we tried was weak, so the tool never took off.

When will your Chaos Control finally support team collaboration?"
So, let's take a look at how simple and convenient the mobile version of the announced Workspaces really is. In short — it's not just an add-on to the desktop version, but a fully capable (yet very straightforward) solution for organizing collaboration with people.

Creating and Managing Workspaces

Let's start with the fact that creating a Workspace is incredibly simple. In the iOS and Android apps, just tap the button in the side menu, fill in three fields, and the workspace is ready:

Adding a member is also simple: enter their name, assign a role, and send them an invitation link or a personal code:

Assigning and Viewing Tasks

By the way, you can assign tasks to invited members right away — no need to wait for them to accept the invitation:

Task change notifications are delivered as mobile push notifications and via email:

You can comment on any task or chat with colleagues in the dedicated Chats section. The latter is essentially a built-in messenger where conversations are organized by topic:

Workspace Navigation

Of course, Chaos Control provides the familiar ability to move between categories, switch between sections, use the file function, AI assistant, and so on. All within a convenient and fast mobile interface:
