We are happy to announce Team Workspaces. It’s a suite of tools for collaborative task management, featuring file storage, an AI assistant, and a business messenger.
Collaboration in Chaos Control is organized through Workspaces. A Workspace is a closed environment where tasks, files, and chats for a specific group of people are stored—whether it’s a company team, a family, or just you and your assistant.
You can create an unlimited number of Workspaces and easily switch between them:
Please note that your current view of personal tasks and projects in Chaos Control is essentially a dedicated personal workspace. It will remain unchanged after this feature is introduced (aside from future improvements to personal task management).
This approach to organizing Workspaces allows you to focus on what matters in the moment—whether it’s personal tasks, work-related items, or tasks within a specific project or family group. You’ll be able to both create your own Workspaces and join those created by others.

You’ll also be able to store files related to specific areas of work, attach them to tasks, and organize folders:
To discuss ongoing tasks and work-related matters in real time, you’ll be able to create chats similar to Slack, Teams, and other business messengers:
And of course, all Workspace participants will have access to Chaos Control AI, which is aware of everything happening within the Workspace and can answer both general questions and specific questions about your projects:

Lifetime licenses for tools like this are usually unheard of - but not in our case. Until April 26, you can purchase a lifetime license for any number of Workspaces of any tier through our pre-order program:

This is a one-time payment that grants you lifetime access to all team collaboration features within a specific Workspace - for all its participants. This includes Chaos Control AI and cloud storage.
