  • Email notifications about new tasks to members
  • Kanban view in Categories

How to create a Workspace

To create a Workspace, click on your profile icon in the top left corner on PC/Mac and press the "Add Team" button in the dropdown menu:

On a mobile device, the same action is available in the side menu:

In the dialog that appears, fill in the Workspace name and description. Optionally, you can add an icon:

After creating the Workspace, you will be taken to a special section where you can add members:

Adding Members

Click the "Add Member" button, enter their name, and select their desired role in the workspace. The app will then display an invitation code — simply copy it and send it to the person you want to invite:

Accepting an Invitation to a Workspace

To join a Workspace using an invitation code, the member simply needs to click the "Join" button in the app's side menu on a mobile device or in the dropdown menu on a PC:
After that, all tasks in the workspace will become available to them.

Creating Tasks

To assign a task to a member, simply click the + button. A task creation dialog will appear where you can enter a description, set a due date, and select an assignee:

After saving the task, it will appear in the general task list under the "Tasks" section:

Please note that tasks are currently divided into three types:

  • Active
  • Completed
  • Closed

The logic behind these statuses supports the following workflow:

  1. You assign a task to a member – it is created with an "Active" status
  2. The member completes the task and changes its status to "Completed"
  3. You review the completion. If the task is done, you change its status to "Closed". Otherwise, you change it back to "Active"

The "Tasks" section allows you to filter the task list by status and by member:

"Summary" Section

This section displays tasks that can be filtered using the following criteria:

  • All tasks
  • Tasks you have assigned to others
  • Tasks assigned to you by others

Email Notifications

Information about created tasks is sent to assignees via email:

Additionally, notifications about task status changes are sent sent for quick updates on resolutions, assignee changes, deadline updates, and more. We are working on further expanding notifications in future iterations.
