In the next update (version 2.16), private channels will be introduced in the business messenger of Workspaces.
They allow you to organize groups of people by work streams. For example, you can create a dedicated channel for operational client work and add only those workspace members who need to discuss related matters:

To create a channel, simply click the corresponding button, give it a name, and select the members who should have access to it:
Additionally, the next update after that will introduce the ability to choose which specific members have access to a given category:
This will make task management more flexible and allow you to create categories tailored to specific departments in mid-sized and large companies.
