If you want to collaborate on household chores with your family or manage work with a personal assistant, you can create a minimal workspace and use all the core features without overpaying.

Please note: You can create tasks in workspaces without assigning them to specific categories or projects. This makes it easy to manage a simple, shared to-do list

Any such workspace also includes up to 10 GB of cloud storage under the Small plan and provides unlimited access to the AI assistant powered by Chaos Control AI

For Medium-Sized Businesses

The Medium plan is designed for teams of up to 30 people.

It includes up to 1 TB of cloud storage and unlimited access to the AI assistant for all members.

In a workspace of this scale, it makes sense to actively use categories to organize tasks by topic

For Large Enterprises

If your company has up to 100 employees or needs up to 10 TB of cloud storage, the Large plan is for you.
It allows you to organize work across multiple departments. We recommend actively using categories and creating projects within them, following the same workflow style as in the personal version of Chaos Control

Public Project Collaboration

You can add an unlimited number of Observers to any workspace, regardless of your plan. Observers are people who can monitor the activity but cannot intervene in the process.

This can be useful if you want to set up work oversight or a public demonstration of work on a specific project

AI Assistant for Workspaces

Chaos Control AI is available to all members in every workspace. It stays informed about everything that happens and is ready to assist with:

• Providing a daily summary of workspace activity
• Generating statistics on completed tasks and individual contributors
• Answering work-related questions
• Summarizing the content of uploaded documents
• Preparing work materials

Team Chats

You can also discuss tasks with colleagues directly within the workspace by creating thematic channels. No more need to use separate tools for task tracking and communication

Benefits for Personal PRO License Users

Participation in workspaces for users with a personal PRO license is not counted toward billing. Here's what this means in practice:

If you have a workspace for 5 people and all of them have PRO licenses, the workspace usage will be free.

If you have a workspace for 35 people where 5 members have PRO licenses, you qualify for the Medium plan instead of needing to pay for Large.

Additionally, PRO users receive a discount on lifetime workspace licenses available through the pre-order system:

PRO 100 users: 30% discount
PRO 1000 users: 40% discount

FAQ

How are Workspaces billed?
Each license applies to a single workspace. For example, if you want to use one workspace to organize your family tasks and another for your team collaboration, a good solution would be to pre-order one Small plan license and a second Medium or Large plan license

Do I need to pay a license for users I add to a Workspace?
No. People you add to a Workspace will have unlimited access to all features within that Workspace

Do Workspace licenses cover personal use?
If you add people to a Workspace who don’t have a personal Chaos Control license, they will be able to use all features within that Workspace without restrictions. However, if they also want to use Chaos Control for personal purposes in their own personal space, they will need to purchase a personal Premium or PRO license (or use the free version)

Can I remove members from a Workspace?
Yes, you can remove a member at any time, and they will no longer be counted toward your billing. You can change members at any time

My friends and I have PRO plans. Do we need to purchase a license to collaborate in the same Workspace?
If all members have PRO licenses, you can collaborate for free without purchasing an additional Workspace license. However, if at least one member does not have a PRO license, you will need to purchase a Workspace license

I want to be able to create multiple personal Workspaces to separate work and personal tasks. I won't be adding any other members. Do I need to purchase a Workspace license?
You can create an unlimited number of personal Workspaces with a single member (yourself) without needing to purchase a Workspace license. The total data volume available across all such Workspaces will be determined by your PRO plan

How many Workspace licenses can I purchase during the pre-order phase?
An unlimited number. It's reasonable to purchase multiple licenses in advance while discounted lifetime licenses are still available
