FAQ
FAQ
How do I start using Chaos Control?
Chaos Control is different from other task management apps as it focuses on organizing an effective work process, not just managing a daily to-do list, (though that is possible too.)
Therefore, CC includes tools for organizing systematic work and splitting complex tasks into simpler ones. We recommend reviewing the notes in the "Method" section of the app, where the key approaches to planning with Chaos Control are briefly, clearly explained
How can I set up Sync between the mobile app and a PC?
After creating an account in Chaos Control 2, make sure to login into it on all your devices. The applications will automatically synchronize with each other.
Please note that if you've used CC1 previously you will need to create a new account in Chaos Control 2 using the same email. CC1 and CC2 don't sync with each other, so make sure you are using the same generation of the app on all of your devices
What is the difference between the free and paid versions?
The free version provides access to all the functions of the app, but you are limited to only 30 tasks, 10 projects, and 5 contexts. Usually, this is enough to decide on the feasibility of further using the paid version, where these limitations are not present
What is the difference between the Premium and PRO plans?
Premium includes all the basic functionality necessary for organizing effective planning. In addition, the PRO plan adds the Time Tracker feature
Is it possible to assign tasks?
Teamwork functions, allowing you to organize work with other people, will start appearing in CC2 this summer
Is it possible to create notes and attach files to tasks? What about calendar integration?
Notes, cloud storage and file attachments are currently in development and will be introduced at the end of May as a part of the PRO plan. Calendar integration will appear later this year in one of the further updates and will be available for free.
