Team Workspace License
License Activation
After purchasing a license on the checkout page, you will receive a license key via the email address you provided during checkout.
Note: If you participated in the lifetime license pre‑order program, we have already sent your key to your email. Please contact us at support@chaos-control.app if you don't see the email.
To activate your key, go to Settings → License while inside your Team Workspace:

To activate your key, go to Settings → License while inside your Team Workspace:
On the screen that appears, you'll see information about your current workspace limits and an Activate License Key button. Tap it, enter your key in the dialog, and press Activate. The app will then bind the license to your workspace.
Please note that any workspace member can activate the key - you don't need to be an admin to do this.
Free Access for PRO Users
Members with a personal PRO license are not counted toward Workspace limits. This enables the following scenarios:
Using a Workspace for personal tasks
If you don't plan to collaborate with others, you can create one or more Workspaces for yourself and use them alone. If you have a personal PRO license, all features of those Workspaces will be free for you.
This is useful if the standard Categories in your personal space aren't enough and you want an extra level of task organization by topic — for example, you can create different Workspaces for different projects.
Free Workspace usage if all members have PRO
If every member you've added to a Workspace has a PRO license, you can create tasks and collaborate with them without any restrictions — no need to purchase a separate Workspace license.
For example, if you've added 7 people and each of them has PRO, no separate Workspace license is required.
IMPORTANT: As soon as you add a member without PRO, the Workspace will require its own license.
Using a Workspace beyond the plan limit when some members have PRO
Suppose your Workspace has 7 members, and two of them have PRO licenses. You would still qualify for the SMALL plan (which includes 5 members). There's no need to upgrade to a higher plan.
